The whole team were extremely patient and helpful. I only came in for a quote and left with new phone, earbuds and a cheaper contract than my previous one from a competitor! All round excellent customer service and I will be recommending you to friends and family. Thanks again!

Client for 9yrs, over the last 2yrs my contract has been throttled, while my partners works perfectly fine, loads webpages and refreshes apps instantly yet mine is extremely slow, when confronted they give you the excuse they are working on the network, so shouldn’t that affect all 3 users in the same area? Won’t be renewing my contract at the end of the term.

We had to visit the 3 shop today to get a new SIM card, we've done this before and it's been difficult to say the least but today it was brilliant, Chris (sorry didn't get his last name) was great, he had not just a lot of patience but he also really knew everything he should about 3 mobile. He was very personable without being familiar, the perfect man for the job... wouldn't hesitate to recommend 3 as a company but also, if you need some really good advice, go and speak to Chris...

First time going to Three, very nice experience. All staff were pleasant and as I am not upto date with all phone stuff as well as being a pensioner staff were none patronising and explained everything. Many thanks to Charlotte and Ashley and shop manager.first class service.

Disgraceful service from Three for a long standing customer.My new phone only required a different size sim card. I was happy with the current contract.However, I was effectively forced to upgrade by store manager Raj.A replacement sim card was only provided on condition I upgraded my contract with more data, over 24 months with a 6 month introductory offer.The new contract increased my accrued, longer term costs over the term of new contractI didn't need more data or a new contract!Questioning the contract in anticipation for the 6 months ahead the store manager then advised me to go back in store, after the 6 month introductory offer on the new contract ended, to negotiate another contract!So, 6 months on I revisit the store. This time Carol & Tom would only offer me yet another, more expensive contract upgrade with another 6 month introductory offer with higher data allowance & costs.To resolve the inappropriate selling issues I contacted Abhishek at Three Customer Services team online who acknowledged that I only wanted a new SIM card but doesn't totally understand why I was asked to upgrade to a new contract and why a new sim card wasn't provided in the first place.Obviously store manager & staff at Three are only interested in upselling inappropriate products with higher associated costs to customers. Customer services eventually agreed a new contract with me to resolve the problem caused by the Grimsby store.

Very clean, bright and airy store. Most phones are on display and ready to play with. Set up contracts for all my family in this store and got a cracking deal. Service and after sales support has been great, the daughter dropped her iPhone down the look in the first week and destroyed it. Took it in the store, they contacted the insurance department for us and arranged a replacement. Would recommend!
