Polestar Pilates UK

Quite a few years ago I undertook my comprehensive Pilates training at Polestar UK. I chose this course as Polestar had a reputation for offering the most thorough and detailed program. It certainly was that! I am very privileged to have worked with Polestar UK and feel that my knowledge and depth of learning set me on the best path possible in my Pilates career.The educators and workshops are plentiful, fulfilling, educational and more than live up to expectation. Thank you Polestar UK for giving me the knowledge and setting me on the right path:))

I was a regular client and also became their student. Polestar UK has the best teachers as well as very friendly staffs. What I love about Polestar UK is their sense of community. Although I left the country for 3 years already but they are still very supportive. All my questions are answered and my requests are accommodated. Highly recommend!

I couldn't recommend Polestar Pilates enough. I was very fortunate to complete my comprehensive teacher training with them and they were truly fantastic from start to finish. The content, the manor in which it was taught, the educators and all the staff were phenomenal. There is a reason that it is one of the highest regarded qualifications in the industry. If you are considering training with them or taking classes, my advice would be to do it! You most certainly won't regret it and you'll learn more about movement and your body than you could have imagined.

Outstandingly high quality Pilates training and studio. Polestar provides fully rounded, in depth courses that take your understanding and expertise to the highest level. They create a friendly and supportive environment and everyone is treated as an individual. Their systems for monitoring and supporting the progress of every student is robust and challenging. Having been to a number of other Pilates practices as a customer for Pilates lessons I was amazed at the level, quality and depth of the Pilates instructors at Polestar. Polestar was recommended to me as the place to train to become a Pilates teacher because of their high standards and comprehensive approach and I am very grateful to have been able to train with them. If you want the best training you need to train with the best and I couldn’t recommend Polestar enough!

I finished my training with Polestar over 10 years ago and am still working with them. I have loved their response during the pandemic and have found it really easy to continue my development with them in this time. Carl and Julia could not be nicer and I love being a part of the community. Would recommend Polestar, and do, to anyone wanting to train in Pilates

I have been training in 1 to 1 in Polestar Pilates for about half a year now, and I have trained in other Pilates studio outside the country as well as being a weightlifter for a long time. Audren at polestar is an amazing instructor, every session is different and always fun to attend, not a single time I’ve ever felt I don’t want to come in. I also recommend my beginner friends to come and they also thoroughly enjoyed the session.

I first met Julia Moss in 2015 when I was considering doing the Polestar Comprehensive Teacher training. She was generous with her time and listened to where I was coming from and was able to advise me that this course was the absolute right one for me. She was SO right. I went on to do the course which was fascinating and challenging in even measure. It has taken my love of Pilates and enjoyment of teaching to another level entirely. If you are considering Polestar and Moss Pilates for teacher training or classes, I highly highly recommend them. Go along and see Julia and believe everything she says! I trained with Polestar UK in Mat 12 years ago and totally loved it. The knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of my teachers surpassed my expectations and gave me an understanding of Pilates and how to teach it that I will always be grateful for. Two years later I went on to complete the Reformer training and then a few years later the Comprehensive training and again I totally loved the content , delivery and support given by the exceptional Polestar team.I have been teaching Pilates ever since and my knowledge and interest in Pilates continues to evolve thanks to the foundations and back up given to me my the fantastic Polestar UK training team.I wouldn’t hesitate to give the highest recommendation to anyone considering a training course with them.

I trained with Polestar Pilates U.K. in 2003, passing my comprehensive exam in 2004. I’ve completed subsequent continuing education courses and I mentor students undertaking Polestar courses and exams.I’d highly recommend Polestar Pilates U.K. as a training provider and for classes. They constantly update their courses to make them cutting edge and their additional courses are always topical. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and want to help you learn and achieve.There are constant links to their overseas branches which provides a scope of more places and people to learn from and train with.

Polestar is second to none in terms of quality of Pilates teacher training. I chose Polestar for my training because my own teacher was trained with them. I had no idea that I was choosing one of the most challenging and respected training courses in the world. I still notice now, several years later, that the ability to think through a client’s problem and respond with the individual in mind sets me apart from other teachers.
