Booked in for a flu jab 2 weeks in advance and received confirmation online. Went to the pharmacy on the day and time stated and waited in a long queue. When I got to the front, stated I was here for the jab. The pharmacist told me that they don't give out the flu jabs from that store even though the bookings are taken specific for that location. The pharmacist then acknowledged this and stated that even though you can book in at that particular location they are not doing the jabs anymore there and haven't been sending out cancellations either. Told me to go somewhere else. What a waste of time.Walked over to the Asda pharmacy instead that was taking walk ins.

The good news is they are well-educated and guide you as best as they can.The bad news is they usually don’t care about your time. They easily ask you to come later, or the next day, or next week. They don’t even think your timetable might be full to come and go.

Bad experience. Vaccination. For the first time, my appointment form was not arranged in the list because of their mistake. The second time, the doctor was not there. Can't understand how they work. All appointments are invalid.

Never answer the phone which is poor customer service. Have claimed once they didn't have my prescription even though I called in advance to be told it was ready to collect and the staff are just rude.

Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs and use another!!!Still never pick up their phone, and despite promises to leave messages for others to process your medications if they're not in the following day or haven't arrived, still don't message you as asked, to let you know they have thereafter.There's only so many excuses one can site, using Covid as a cause, but frankly if the best a big firm like Lloyds can come up with, is we just don't have the staff, then take unbridge at their customers for challenging them over their continued failings, then it's time they moved out and let someone else do the job, if they can't higher more staff to do so - in a polite manner. The impact and lack of some individuals care and medications like this, will result in someone's death eventually, if it hasn't already.

Friendly,efficient,caring and totally professional.If the doctor's surgery forget to process my prescription the staff here check the facts and give me a few days supply until the GP hurries things along.If the chemist doesn't get the instruction to supply the prescription. they can't do very much about it.Potentially i could die without them.Thank you Lloyds,an asset to the area as well as your profession.3.7.2020

The service here is absolutely non existent and the whole system is a shambles. The pharmacist is actually locking the door to stop people getting inside during business hours. Sick people are being made to stand outside for 40 minutes in the cold! Shameful.

I love Lloyd’s. Despite the staff always being rushed off their feet, they are always helpful and go that extra mile for the customer. I have never had any problems with them. They treat everyone with respect ✊
