The coffee is honestly really nice. But the customer service is abysmal. Shocking in fact. We are still outstanding a box we paid for, and now the director isn't even responding to her emails, and is ghosting any calls that are made whilst following up on this matter. Shame though, because what they do send out is great.

I have been a subscriber of coffee bags for 4 months. I received the first shipment of bags and no others. I have been locked out of my account on there website. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. Avoid this company!

Don’t buy coffee bags from this company. After providing great coffee and service for the last 2 years they no longer deliver the product paid for, don’t reply to emails or respond to phone calls. 6 weeks after taking my money I still have no coffee or explanation! Only logical explanation is they are no longer trading.

I knew the coffee was going to be good the instant I opened the bag! The smell of freshly ground coffee (in a tea bag) filled my kitchen and needless to say tasted amazing!! All the convenience of instant coffee but with much more flavour and taste.

Avoid this company at all costs. Ghosted several times, told I would have a a call back and had nothing. Emails are worthless. Never again, there are others doing the exactly the same thing who actually send their products to you after payment. Money lost, nothing delivered!

Absolutely dreadful! Supplied first small order but then took money and acknowledged subsequent order but then ignored all emails and messages, when I phoned they promised to ring back several times but never did. Am reporting them to Trading Standards. Don't waste your money!

Placed an order in September 2022. No coffee was delivered. I was given some story and explanation about the delay, but despite trying to be understanding they have done nothing. PayPal immediately resolved an issue in my favour, with a full refund. SHOCKING SERVICE FROM A LOCAL COMPANY
