This lady was absolutely brilliant in making a shop bought hat fit correctly. Not only did the lady call me back but she also went the extra mile and we met at a convenient place while she did the hat alteration in her car!! to save me travelling the extra distance. Absolutely brilliant work and can highly recommend. Would have no problem at all in recommending this business. Yvonne is a very talented lady. After hours of searching on the High Street for a hat with no luck, I contacted Yvonne who and made me a bespoke hat for my daughter's wedding at a very reasonable cost.Exceptional service, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend her.

Amazing creations and a pleasure to deal with. Yvonne gave me a truly personal, bespoke service without the cost! Same price as high street designs and you can get colour matched and a totally unique hat or fasinator in my case. Parisian wedding here I come!!!!

I have just worn the hat that Yvonne made for my daughter’s wedding and received so many compliments throughout the day. As a “non hat wearer” she guided me through every stage of the process and gave me something which was simply stunning and made me feel fantastic. I can’t thank her enough.
