Six years after being fitted the door lock would not open. Within 2 hours of reporting it a repairman was at the door. It was fixed within 15 minutes. This type of service can only be described as brilliant and is what I have come to expect from this company.

Called in July to ask for a quote. Had a member of their staff out in a very short time promising a quote in days. No quote came. Called back a while later. Spoke to a lady who took all my details and who promised a call back. We joked that the whole Covid-19 thing must be making life difficult. No contact still over four weeks after the original appointment. Either too busy or indifferent to behave in a professional manner eh?

If I could put MINUS 5 stars I would. This is a terrible company. We have left a number of messages which nobody has called back. They fitted a front door which had to be adjusted within weeks of being fitted. The opening mechanism has broken and they refuse to fix it even though it is under warranty, we were at risk if there was a fire as we could not open the door from the inside - we had to pay to get a locksmith to come and fix it. We are reporting this company to FENSA - my recommendation is don't have anything to do with them.

Their 10 year warranty means nothing. Don't waste your time choosing this company, take my word you will regret for it.

Can not rate this company high enough.I wanted a Solidoor. Designed a door online, sent off to Wallingford Windows for a quote. Received a quick reply with estimate. Confirmed wanted to proceed. A chap turned up, measured up and confirmed the estimate as fixed price.Asked to proceed, within six weeks the door was installed. To a very high standard, with little / no mess and minimum disruption.The invoiced arrived and paid within a week..The door works as well as it could, and looks amazing.Thank you so much!

They did a fantastic job replacing our old patio doors. They were quick and efficient, and cleaned everything after as well, couldn't recommend highly enough!
