I have been a regular customer from market hall days to now. Andrew and tracie are most friendly and always go that extra mile to get orders when suppliers are facing delivery issues. Stock rotates regularly and a good selection of both new and second hand items available. Had one issue with a loco that had a dcc chip in it but the issue sorted double quick and no fuss. We need good local model shops for local people and A & T fill the bill admirably. Keep up the good work you 2 .

Welcoming at the start but after uve paid what theyve put away for you dont seem very welcomingBought a train to then find out it doesn't work and has loose wires after paying £85 to then find out it was never brand new and dont receive things uve ordered.

The staff are pleasent, helpful people. They have a fair selection that changes about every week or two, and if they don't have a model you want, they'll try to get it for you. On top of that, they're still improving. Like a recent additon is an area to teach people abit of scenery making and model painting

Having been a customer for some time now I can say that this is a superb model shop the stock is of top quality and a very fair priceThe owners are amazing you always get a very warm welcome from them and they are very accommodating and always happy to obtain that obscure item for youA excellent range of new and used model railways and a great range of kits to suit any modeller from small children to accomplished modellers also carry a good range of tools and paint and a wide variety of scenic materialsI throughly recommend this model shop really worth a visit 10 out of 10 is my score
