We recently moved into our new home, Lake and his team were able to assess the property immediately and arranged a convenient time to do the works.We had carpets cleaned upstairs with stains removed. We also had the hard floors scrubbed and cleaned downstairs, they pretty much look brand new again. We didn’t want to lose the natural wood look and worried that it would look to shiny like laminate, however Lake was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted.I couldn’t fault them, very professional and would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting their floors cleaned and redone.So pleased with the outcome and we will definitely use in the future!

Lake and his colleague did a brilliant job in our flat - which we rent out. The carpets were fixed and pulled back into shape and cleaned so they look like they are new. The oven looks new as well. In fact the whole flat looks (and smells) amazing. I would definitely recommend Shine Master/.

Text them the night before to see when they could remove a big black stain all over our cream carpet. Shinemaster got in touch straight away and were able to come out next day. They turned up on time and to my astonishment completely removed all the black stains (caused by a stress ball that burst). Carpet looked like new and Lane was clearly very knowledgeable in many specialisms including stain removal and cleaning. So grateful to him and fantastic service. Will use them again every time!
