Arranging a funeral in a different part of the country had its challenges but from the moment I called Natural Endings I knew that everything would be okay. Rosie and Lisa were always at the end of the phone to answer my questions and reassure me. There was a lot to arrange and many decisions to make but they didn’t overload us with information and helped us take the time we needed to make the decisions at the right time and in the right order. They took the time to get to know our family. Their attention to detail and the time they gave us, whilst maintaining a calm and dignified approach, meant we had very little to worry about - everything was in their safe hands. So many friends and relatives have told us how lovely the service was. I am so very, very grateful to Rosie and Lisa for all they did to ensure we gave Dad the send off we wanted and he deserved. My fathers funeral was just perfect. A very personal and fitting farewell for a very special Man. THANK YOU x

Take 2......Rosie and Lisa were wonderful in supporting me to arrange a unique funeral befitting my 96 year old dad. They were there throughout but let my family do it all in our own way. My son made the coffin and they arranged a motorbike and sidecar for his hearse. We assembled at Rosie's beautiful hall in Todmorden and returned there for a 'do'. She allowed us to set it out and decorate it ourselves and the cateres that provided the food, Thyme for Food from Elland, made the whole occasion a true celebration. Can't thank them enough for helping us through a difficult time. I was made to feel that absolutely nothing was too much trouble.

I can not speak highly enough about Natural Endings. Rosie was superb in terms of being extraordinarily efficient, responsive, professional and considerate throughout the process. The willow coffin supplied by Natural Endings at relatively short notice for a funeral in London was a beautiful product. It was a real pleasure dealing with Rosie and I have no hesitation in recommending her company.

The ladies at Natural Endings were so kind & helpful at the worst time of our lives. They really helped us plan a special goodbye to our darling mum. They allowed us to care for mum and spend time with her. Everyone said it was the most beautiful funeral they've ever attended. 5 star service. Thank you for everything.

There was never any question that I would ask Rosie to carry out my mum's funeral service. I knew she would be well cared for and that as a family, we were in safe hands. The wicker coffin that she sourced for us was very reasonably priced, far less than other providers, it was just beautiful. The support, guidance and service we received from Rosie and Lisa was exceptional. In the midst of a devastating tragedy I was grateful that the person I love was in their care. All communication was clear, kind and considerate. They were a stabilising presence at a difficult time. Amazing service!! We bought a banana leaf coffin and it was beautiful! Lovely quality, very attractive and natural and really made the experience so much more bearable! Funeral was at Woodland Memorial in Bristol and the burial in a field was a perfect combination to this lovely natural coffin. Thank you!
