Very beautiful luxury bathroom/shower fixtures and fittings, which is reflected in there pricing.Not worth visiting if your buying on a budget.

Looking for a specific type of toilet. A great guy called David helped me out. Patient with the paperwork and helpful with heaving the product into my car. Top marks !

Went in on off chance just see what displays were like as we had been around a few showrooms and were disappointed . I have to say we were welcomed by Julie on arrival who let us have some time looking at the displays and then offered her assistance . I have to say her knowledge was 2nd to none and she made us feel welcome. We arranged to make another appointment when we had the full measurements for both bathrooms. On our return we were again dealt with by Julie and Dave also helped. Anyway we managed to get a fantastic deal and purchased there and then being more than happy. We had to return 2 items and purchase another , the returns were so easy and no fuss. I would honestly recommend this showroom and all the helpful staff , they really will look after you and advise rather than push you into something . As regards value for money and selection this is a 5 star place to shop !!

Visited this shop today but will not go back as staff made me feel like I did something wrong for the fact of just walking in! When I walked in saw 2 member's of staff : a man standing and a blonde woman on a desk so walked to the man to ask a question and as soon I did that the blonde woman started laughing like crazy!! Not sure what was so funny? But was so bizarre! made me feel so uncomfortable like I was bothering them! No potential customer should ever feel like that so getting new bathroom somewhere else!

Julie at Cardiff store was incredibly patient and helpful l.......until I handed over my hard earned cash. Order was placed in January.....its now May and I have finally received the last piece of furniture. I have experienced countless issues, delays abd failed deliveries. Communication from store has been curt dismissive and often missing altogether! Use the showroom to see items in person then order online! We all have a job to do, it's how you home about it that matters!
