Lind and Lime Gin Distillery

We were recommended the tour by a bistro owner we were chatting with so we booked it there and then for later that day. It was brilliant. I'm sure the host of the tour was called Frasier and he was genuinely perfect. It was a really interesting tour but not boring at all. We all had a chance to get a little bit involved and it was really engaging! Everyone was lovely, helpful and friendly and I'd honestly recommend anybody to go on this tour! It's definitely one of the best things like this we've ever done! Thank you so much!

I attended the distillery tour earlier this week. The tour lasts about 90 mins and was hosted by Jerry who was the perfect guide balancing his knowledge of the brand with his comedic personality. The tour includes a drink at the beginning, and mini sample bottle to take away which you bottle and label yourself and also a gin based cocktail. Excellent value for money and highly recommended. Already looking forward to the opening of the whisky distillery later in the year!

Learning about the distillation of gin and the company behind Lind & Lime was a great experience.For those interested: certainly give this tour a shot! It includes really good gin, great information about the drinks and the region, and the cutest souvenir bottled gin to take home!

Excellent gin experience. Fraser was amazing at talking about the set up of the business, the story behind the brand and the drink, and the distillation of the gin. Brilliant value for money: G&T, cocktail you make yourself, a miniature you pour and label and some port to top it off! Shop had a great selection!

I highly recommend this fantastic Lind and Lime distillery tour as it was well organised by starting off being handed a large gin and tonic to get the tour going, then hand filling and labelling your own personal souvenir miniature bottle of Lind and Lime Gin followed by mixing your own Gimlet cocktail. The tour guide was hugely informative with lots of very interesting historical facts and anecdotes all expertly conveyed by one of the best tour guides I have had the pleasure of meeting. Yes Jerry with a G (that’s what he said his name was) made the tour memorable with his great sense of humour and engaging chat.I would recommend Lind and Lime to everyone. Fantastic gin. Fantastic tour and some great products and souvenirs in their well stocked shop.Definitely an 11 out of 10 experience!!

What a brilliant tour. Would highly recommend. Well worth a visit. Even got to bottle and label our own little bottle.

Had a FANTASTIC tour!!! From start to finish it was one of the best tours we’ve had. Gerry was very informative and friendly. Small area, but lots of information and very interactive. The gin is also delicious!! Really enjoyed the tour aspect and information and then the cocktail making and bottling your own gin was such a nice touch! Seems like everyone at the company really is passionate about the values and motives which is amazing to see. Would absolutely recommend for anyone in Edinburgh.

Fantastic gin tour experience. Annabelle and Fraser looked after us all and gave us a great experience on the Lind and Lime distillery tour. Fun, informative and interactive. Learned about the history of the gin and how it's made, bottled our own little bottle to take home, plus made our own delicious cocktail. Highly recommend this experience for something different to do with friends.

I did the Lind & Lime Distillery tour recently. It was first class, informative and well presented. Thank you Stuart and Annabel.I attended the first Lind & Lime Supper Club last night with Eorna, a forthcoming Edinburgh restaurant, providing the food. It was an outstanding evening, Lind & Lime had a great set up with a beautifully decorated table. Brian and Glen produced the most delicious food and wines. Thank you to all involved.
