Alpha Amazing Chinese Takeaway

Ordered from here a few nights ago while round my friends house. Three family’s who usually order but won’t be using them again. The food tasted awful and the rice taste of hairspray. Because the whole order was mixed on the plates together it was all binned. Tried to ring straight away but was ignored. Phoned the next day to receive rudeness from a women who said if you don’t like it don’t go back. No apology, refund or anything. Disgusting service

Unfortunately not such a great service tonight. Ordered food & it arrived nearly 2 hours later, with a young baby at home we wanted to sit down & eat before her bath & bedtime, but instead had to rush it down & rush bedtime. Shouldn't ve having to pay the price you do these days for a takeaway to wait nearly 2 hours...

Ordered a takeaway and collected on my way home from the pub last night (house special curry and sweet and sour chicken balls) and what can i say it was AMAZING! credit where credit is due and i dont normally leave a reveiw on anything but this had to be done,piping hot full of flavour and the chicken balls were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, looked at the reviews after id eaten and saw alot of negativity about deliveries and couldnt believe it,if you collect i assure you its banging will defo order again in the future! Well done keep up the good work alpha.

Utterly disgusting rip off. They decide your curry sauce on your order...never experienced anything like it. Lived all over the country! Iove my Chinese. However I have an illness where I need to measure sauces etc. They literally decide for you. £24 in the bin. I'm so angry, who gives them the right to charge you for curry sauce ( expecting in separate), oh no, they chuck it all over your food!!! So wrongWon't find anywhere on their gumph. That they do not supply separate containers. I had to throw it in the bin because I could no way measure what was thrown in the food. Shocking!!!

Food very salty, curry sauce extremely creamy and white and pancake roll well undercooked and greasy.(chicken ball is not closed) This was to our own demise as woke up 2 days later with food poisoning, defo avoid this one.Not value for money.

Absolutely shocked at the way the lady who answers the phone talks to her customers !! When my daughter ordered food she was very abrupt. We collected food for 3 dished it all up in plates, I instantly could taste that one of the dishes wasn’t right ! Chucked away as didn’t want food poisoning. I tried to call restaurant to complain no answer. Called them back the next night only to be told they would have to call me back. The lady (after explaining all to her) told me no other customers have a problem !!! Well i have just read their recent reviews so they do !! She would not take any responsibility whatsoever and said had i kept the food they would have re cooked and replaced order (err didnt answer phone) i said i can get it out the bin and she said i will ask the chef. Wouldn’t give refund no apology !! She said what happens when you get bad food elsewhere and i said i wouldn’t go there again !! Her answer was basically then don’t come back here !!! DO NO GET FOOD FROM HERE….

A Bad experience from the start. Rang in an order. Was told 45 minute wait, a bit longer than normal, but thought they must be busy. My husband went to pick it up, only to be told it was being delivered ! ok, so because he didnt say (and wasnt asked) it was for collection, we accepted that part. over an hour later still no sign of it, my husband rang back to be told the driver has other deliverys as well. we waited, still nothing. we heard our neighbours door being knocked, and this thought of I wonder popped into our heads, I wonder turned into fact, he delivered it the wrong house. We got it, and it was stone cold ! Ringing the takeaway back all we got told was what do you want me to do about it" absoloutly disgusting attitude towards the customer. my husband took it back

I recently ordered a takeaway from Alpha Amazing for the first time and I was very impressed. The food was delicious and still piping hot by the time it arrived.The service was also excellent. The lady on the phone was very helpful and the delivery was really quick. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

This used to be a brilliant take away! But it’s gone right down hill! My food was Lukewarm & the fried rice seemed old! The prices have gone up but the quality of food has gone down drastically! I won’t be using again!

Ordered from here a while back .I remembered the spare ribs were so tasty ordered bbq spare ribs and singapore chow mein absolutely banging ribs were just so moorish fresh chillis in the chow meinTry this place guys its a taste sensation
