Order my head cover and received the email by return a month later after serval emails and calls I still have no correspondence to my order. An absolute disgrace I will now seek a refund through my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPONY

Ordered part for Powerkaddy repair. Arrived within a couple of days and trolley repaired and back on the course. Great service.

I ordered some Manchester City golf head covers on July 18th, spoke to Ed who said there is a 6 week waiting time due to issues with the manufacturer. We agreed a refund to be paid 2 weeks ago but still No refund. I asked for proof of refund payment but No reply or proof. Very disappointed and I won't be shopping with them again

Ordered a replacement wheel for my HillBilly in Jun. Still waiting for it. Have sent numerous e mails and left many messages on the phone. (they never ansqwer the phone).Not a single response from them. Have asked for a refund but nothing received. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They take your money and then silence.

Absolutely horrific, ordered on the 12th sep to be told next day out of stock, no big deal they are for Christmas, but no communication radio silence now, they NEVER answer the fone, agree with others absolute scammers.. plz DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered an LED circuit board which was showing in stock. A week later I still had not received my order so emailed. I was advised that they were out of stock with Motocaddy. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting and was advised by Ed to be patient. I cancelled my order and then placed the order with Motocaddy and had it delivered the following day. So clearly not out of stock as advised by Ed.Please do not use this company. Shocking service all round and lied to when I chased my order up.The reviews on there website speak for themselves.Thanks for the nasty spiteful review

What a complete was of space avoid. Ordered a putter grip and they sent wrong one, sent emails and phoned - no response.Should have reviewed on Google first.Avoid this seller at all costs.If you can’t run a business properly shut it down.

I ordered a part for my MoCad trolley and the website says next day shipping, a week later I contacted them to chase my order and they replied saying the stock was coming in today and will dispatch tomorrow.They never contacted me to say no stock so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I did get the refund but really I wanted a good service. If you don't have stock inform your customer.
