Tyres required were in stock, ordered online and arranged fitting for the following day. Received a call to confirm the booking and arrange a time. Very efficient, professional and friendly. Quick easy service, would definitely recommend.

These guys are brilliant. Messaged them on Facebook messenger and replies were quick and accurate. I took my car in, reporting a fault and constant noises from the passenger side, in the engine compartment.They replaced the middle and back of the exhaust......!!!!For £240!!!!Then when I explained they had made it worse, they actually took it for a 5 min drive. Then said, the gearbox was knackered and not worth fixing!!!!So why replace the exhaust????If I could give less than 1 star, I would.Avoid these Cowboys at all costs!I work 300 yards down the road from them, so I’m sure they know me but still decided to rip me off.......Just avoid them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will rip you off.I took my car for repair because I could hear a noise on the passengers side. They said it was a worn out tire bolt that needed replacing for £230.I picked up the car and started hearing a new sound that wasn’t there before on the right side which was much worse and caused the car to shake and feel unsafe. I then took the car back, and the guy at reception was rude, and tried to charge me £550 for a new problem that he’d apparently missed before hand.After taking it to another shop I discovered they had not attached my tire back correctly. Absolutely FUMING! Looking at reviews they do this a lot.I was driving to London the next day and could have been in an incident if I traveled.

Really grateful to the team at Steadfast Auto today. Had a punctured tyre on the way to an emergency vet visit. I have not used Steadfast before but they kindly managed to squeeze me in and quickly sort out tyre so I could make it to the vets. Extremely reasonable pricing was just the icing on the cake. Would recommended and use again! Thank you.

I visited this garage after checking their rating in order to fix a minor issue with my car. Maybe I just visited on a bad day but I found the manners of the staff to be extremely lacking - poor communication plus a rather rude and dismissive attitude. My car is fixed but I won't be returning to support such an impolite and unwelcoming business.

Excellent shop and staff, I needed a few things doing on my car and they managed to fit me in at short notice, did a good job at a good price and even did a few extras without charge. Will definitely be using these guys again, highly recommended !

Excellent service, friendly and informative staff. First class, went above and beyond to sort out four new tyres for my car. Excellent value and will definitely return!
