Bodytalk with Jotipal has been really helpful with improving family relationships, bereavement and ill health. I have been really surprised by how different I've felt after the sessions even though we've done them on zoom. Jotipal is professional, kind and empathetic. She is a true enabler of healing.

I started my body talk sessions with Jotipal after receiving my breast cancer diagnosis in February. She customized each session to my needs, considering the stage of treatment I was in that day. Jotipal helped me prepare for the challenging days of chemotherapy and other stages. Following each session, I felt significantly lighter and more positive. Through this journey, I learned a great deal about myself and my body, gaining confidence and self-love. Jotipal was by my side throughout the tough and lengthy process of healing, and I can't thank her enough.

Jotipal leads and shares her learning and wisdom in a completely supportive way. She is consistently excellent and inspiring in her yoga, meditation, chanting & awakening teachings. This is why I’ve joined her yoga classes and women’s courses for ten years. Her Bodytalk sessions are also very healing for physical issues including skin problems I and my family have had.

I was recommended to go to see Jotipal by my acupuncturist. Though very sceptical at first I noticed significant pain relief after the sessions despite the fact they were done remotely. I would recommend her therapy highly both for teaching alternative ways to think about pain and for actually having an impact in its reduction with easy to practice physical techniques. Flare ups are less common and dissipate more quickly than before. A safe environment to be heard and understood for healing to begin.
