MK Critical Cleans. Domestic, Commercial & Biohazard cleaning.

Booked these guys for an end of tenancy clean from start to finish I am very impressed with the service. Shantel arranged cleaning, carpets' oven and outside windows. Arranged this swiftly and coordinated everything to run efficiently.The team done such an amazing job and revived areas of the home that I didn't realise was possible.I must admit the most amazing transformation was the carpets, we always thought they were beige, the landlord will be pleased to know they are more white!

I cannot thank MK cleaners enough, I had a heavily extensive clean as a result of a family incident that most standard cleaners would refuse to do. They were completely unphased by the circumstances, professional, responded swiftly and arranged the cleaning to be completed within 24hrs. I live 70 plus miles away from Milton Keynes and couldn't be present but they made the whole process stress free and did a fantastic job! Very disappointing experience with Shontel of MK Critical Cleans. We had the cleaner in our flat for an end of tenancy clean for 6 hours. We weren't aware of some mold that had grown behind furniture so admittedly, this did take extra time for the cleaner (who was lovely) to fix. Upon inspecting the property, it was evident that it hadn't even been mopped nor were the surfaces cleaned to anywhere remotely a professional standard.Upon raising this with Shontel, any ounce of customer service left her body. She was exceptionally sarcastic and called me a liar. When sending video proof of the state of it, she told me next time I should just use a different cleaner.

Mk Critical Cleans have been absolutely fantastic. We needed my grandma's bungalow cleaned with a 3 day turn around due to her being discharged from hospital. From start to finish they have been fantastic and would highly recommend!

I've used MK Critical Cleans services for a Bollywood private event. Shontel came to my rescue, when the previous person who agreed to do the job let me down. We had Leanne to help with everything and she was amazing or what, very kind, patient and was a like a cleanliness fairy. We had attendees tell us later how lovely Leanne was!
