I have been patient for years and I decided this year to change,because 1) receptionists very rude and never showing some understanding 2) doctor calls late than the booked appointment and if you don’t pick up,despite its their delay,they don’t care to give another chance or pick up the phone just few seconds later 3) very long queue to book a PHONE appointment,despite any urgency 4) doctor never gives a treatment or a cure,neither when really needed and always with the same ‘let’s wait a week” approach 5) never being able to have blood tests in 5 years, despite affected by thalassemiaI really don’t reccomend it.

The doctors here are great however the staff on reception are extremely unhelpful, rude and dismissive. A shame as I have been going here for years but regularly have problems with the reception staff so will be looking for a new surgery now.

Ever since my daughter and I signed up, I've always had a hard time booking appointments within a reasonable time frame. I had to get angry every time just to be able to talk to the doctor. I do not tell you to be visited then. They are always fully booked but then you go to the clinic and nobody is there. receptionists are rude, both on the phone and in person. They don't have a minimum of empathy and passion for their job and they push the phone away so as not to listen. It is a shame because the doctors are valid. it's the receptionists who ruin this place's already terrible reputation. I will change surgery today.

As a patient I can say earl's court surgery is the best GP in the area, starting from receptionist ending with nurse and doctor's all of them are professional and I'm very happy with doctor Adib and recommend him as a professional GP doctor, always taking care about the patient keep asking about them and as a surgeon and doctor I can say he is full of professionalism and empathy and very good knowledge.And of course I can't forget about Alex as a professional nurse she is always making her job high level.So 5 stars it's not enough for the staff.

Horrible receptionist, one of them perhaps doesn't understand the fact that her sense of entitlement can cost lives. she acts in a way, where her intelligence and actions quite don't match to the job.

Been registered here for a few months since moving to the area. The ladies at reception are always super courteous and helpful both on the phone and today when I had to come in personally to take care of some items. Dr. Emiliani is great. I've had no issues with requests or prescriptions, just solid service.
