Excellent service, quick delivery. I bought CBD oil here because it is the only brand I could find that has no additives/artificial flavourings. I have started vaping CBD for anxiety, just back from 5 hour drive from lake district in some heavy traffic jams - I remained relaxed - So a good start!

good product, awful company. I ordered £40 worth of oil, paid extra for over night delivery. one week later... nothing. Response from vsavi rude to say the least. Avoid.

I tried the Raw 1000mg CBD oil, had two droplets under my tongue and it immediately relieved a very painful shoulder injury! it took away any accumulated stress & anxiety from my day and made me feel very relaxed, which is what I needed after a long day at work. Super fast delivery, a great service! Love this product - Highly recommend.

After greatly anticipating my first experience with cbd vape oil I am thoroughly impressed. I had some difficulty with the delivery of my order, but great customer service from Julie ensured my order was rightfully delivered. Will be using Vsavi again for their premium products.

It was all going so well with VSAVI until I placed an order on the 08/10/21 to move to their 500mg Full Spectrum CBD Vape E-Liquid, on the 11/10/21 I received what I now know to be my first substandard batch of 500mg Full Spectrum CBD Vape. I decided to give VSAVI a second chance on the 15/11/21 by placing another order for their 500mg Full Spectrum CBD Vape, on the 16/11/21 I received my second batch of substandard 500mg Full Spectrum CBD Vape. I was very annoyed with VSAVI at this point cause in my personal opinion they were neglecting their quality control responsibilities. I made contact with VSAVI instantly, I sent my first email to their customer service department on the 16/11/21 at 20:10 I received a prompt reply from Julie on 17/11/21 at 10:04, I replied on the 18/11/21 at 11:49 advising how I wanted a Full Refund in line with my Statutory Rights, I received another prompt reply from Julie on 18/11/21 at 12:34, this reply was full of lies in my personal opinion due to my experiences, Julie advised how she left a note on my order for the returns department to see and act on once they received my returned order. I know VSAVI have had my returned order since 22/11/21 at 10:38 due to sending it via 48 hour Tracked as they recommend as part of their returns policy, I have received no curtesy email from VSAVI in terms of an update, furthermore no sign of my Full Refund in line with my statutory rights, although this refund does have until the 9/12/21 at 10:38 to land in my bank account in line with their 14 business days policy.I can not recommend VSAVI as a trusted company to supply your Full Spectrum CBD Vape E-Liquid due to receiving substandard items myself which in my personal opinion identifies VSAVI lack of care and consideration for proper quality control practices and voids their COA. I’ve had to make the choice to move on from VSAVI now, which annoys me cause I like to support small independent brands. I now use Provacan 600mg Full Spectrum CBD Vape, their products are a little more expensive but the quality appears to be far superior to VSAVI.I look forward to receiving my Full Refund from VSAVI in line with my statutory rights.

Can’t fault delivery service arrived on expected date , the items in question reasonably made great quality as you’d expect for price , I see very close similarities between the two brands , vapour 2 and vsavi EX starter e cig . So after setting up my e cig with blank cartridges it don’t work I’ve filled blank correctly it’s fully charged etc all it does is flash 3 times . The manual says nothing in regards to this in trouble shoot section . I’ve emailed vsavi no response and tried calling no luck just rings constantly and cuts out . The whole return policy just seems ridiculous no one wants to wait that long neither should have to its a shame really the brand and design is nice and there made well just customer service is terrible.

I have been taking CBD to help eleviate stress and help me concentrate and have been working my way through various brands. VSAVI has proven to be great product and works really well. It’s definitely a quality product as it has really helped me feel at rest with myself and able to plough through busy stressful days. The effects were felt within a short while and helped me deal with some stressful situations and think clearly rather than the situation get the better of me.I’ve been taking the 1000mg Full Spectrum RAW as it seems to work best for me, I require just 1-2 drops taken 3 times a day per. With the lower concentrations, particularly with some other brands, I find that I need to either take a larger dose or take more frequently.The taste is good and not too overpowering as that I have experienced with other brands.I recently tried another brand and the bottle leaked in my rucksack but I’ve not experienced any issue with the VSAVI bottle even though it’s of a very similar design.This has proven to be better than a lot of other brands out there. Definitely recommend.Thanks VSAVI!

Placed an order on the 29/05 for next day delivery and today 08/06 still haven't received it. Emailed Vsavi help on the 31.05 and no reply either. Terrible customer service, won't order again
