Very bad service please try to avoid them they are unprofessional and very rude drivers less than minimum education, very poor quality and no human condition to travel they should be banned

On the ball nice little set up boys knew there job highly recomend them.

They run megabus services (London to Preston that I know of) and will leave you stranded all night by not picking you up when they’re scheduled to do so. I was travelling on the night of the Liverpool Eurovision from Liverpool to Preston when the coach arrived but the driver did not let any passengers on. 20 people were just left with no way to get home. Driver just laughed with a colleague shut the doors and drove off. Shameful, Shameful company, why is megabus awarding contracts to this terrible company?
