Blakenhall Post Office

The attitude of the man is horrendous… I post from this post office nearly everyday as we are a small local business and spend around 20/30 pounds daily. for every customers delivery we need to have proof of postage and when requested the man Rudely shouted “we don’t have to give you proof” the vile part was he was looking at other customers smirking as if he had an audience when knowing his being rude to me. Proof of postage was requested and if they are not able to give it then there’s a manner of speaking … clearly lacks English morals and customer service. 100% taking business elsewhere there’s many other post offices I don’t know why he thought this behaviour is acceptable …

In March 2020, I was going around hunting hand sanitiser, because the advice to prevent and protect against COVID-19 was to use hand sanitiser. The old man here sold me a 50 ML bottle for £5, which is ridiculous for a bottle of hand sanitiser and one of the customers there even had a right go at him for scamming me, I was 12 at the time. But this post office did come good later on during the 1st lockdown as they were the only place that regularly had hand soap. All the other bigger stores like Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco didn't.Anyway, fast forward to today, I'm a 14 year old trying to find a job to make some extra money. A job that is accessible to kids my age is the paper round. So I called this post office yesterday and the woman on the phone said Yes you can deliver newspapers for us come in tomorrow to choose what newspapers you want to deliver and we'll take your details and we'll tell you how much money you'll get from it too". I was thinking that's brilliant.However today

My go to post office for all my returns. Really friendly staff, been coming here for years. Always very helpful and patient. Always have the best sweets too.

Good service.There is room for improvement in manners in the evening shift.Using simple words like please or handing the receipt instead of throwing is the difference between an ordinary service and a professional one.Best wishes for your business

Terrible experience. Not enough staff, and the man who was there was unable to articulate effectively what he was trying to say to me in English. Long wait to get served, and unfriendly customer service. Used to be a great post office until these new owners took over within the last couple of years. Will have to change post office, as the wait to get served at this one is simply far too long. The younger guy who works here is very polite and pleasant though.

Old man told me to wait 15 mins to get served to send my parcel while he was sorting out the exaggerates. I could tell he did not have to do that work urgently as he was doing nothing when I entered the store. Honestly, do yourself a favor and never go there.... SO RUDE!!!

Best post office in Wolverhampton opens at 6:30am and closed 8pm 7 days a week and very helpful staff, brilliant shop
