Furry & Fabulous,

Took my kitten here to get checked out after he went on my wet resin path. Becky fitted me in as an emergency, she checked him over but found nothing on him. Very grateful for her help.

Took my elderly cat to be groomed as she can't do it herself very well now, and had developed little clumps of fur that l couldn't remove - she came out looking beautiful, silky and 10 years younger - lovely reassuring lady, who was clearly highly experienced and professional.

I took my Cockapoo Boo for her groom today at Furry & Fabulous in Gorseinon and was incredibly pleased with the result, Becky done a great job.She came out with a super cut, smelling and feeling gorgeous.I would highly recommend Furry & Fabulous to anyone looking for a groomer, you won't be disappointed.

Just putting it out there I’ve had a dreadful experience with Furry and Fabulous dog groomers. Don’t part with your money!! Rebecca has zero customer service skills, very rude and does not return deposits for an appointment two weeks later when it she that cancelled the appointment.I see I am not the only one that has had issues.Customer service is non existent in this salon. Would definitely NOT recommend using this company. After booking my appointments for my two dogs two weeks apart ( due to surgery) and advising the ladies that my dogs suffer with separation anxiety and may bark, being told not to worry as they are used to it! It turns out apparently they’re not, Within an hour They called me to pick up my dog and that they would not be willing to do my other dog two weeks later therefore cancelling the appointment. Before I collected my wet dog Rebecca text me saying that she was cancelling my other appointment and would take that deposit towards washing the dog she had in her shop. Effectively charging me £40 to bath the dog. I have messaged her to say I’m not happy with the way she has dealt with this and requested the twenty pound deposit for the later appointment to be refunded back into my account, only to be totally ignored and blocked on the phone. You can’t message a complaint on this page because she has fixed questions so you can’t direct message. Please think twice before parting with your money. They also are not at all clear about there pricing. £40 to have a wash seems very extreme. This groomers are not trustworthy and their customer service is non existent. I seriously do not recommend using them. She’s a dodgy one!!

Becky did a fantastic job with Callie! This was Callie’s first groom and seeing how relaxed she was and the end product was fantastic. Becky was amazing with Callie.The cut was brilliant, others have mentioned how great Becky is at cutting/grooming cocker spaniels and I totally agree. It read reassuring for Becky to share her experience and knowledge around the best type of cut/groom.

Rebecca is amazing. She cares a lot about her dogs. You feel comfortable leaving them with her for grooming, instead of feeling worried until you pick them up and confirm they are ok. This is really important to me. Dogs can’t tell you what happened after you drop them off, but their resistance to visiting a groomer can be an indicator something is amiss. I only had positive feelings about Rebecca doing their grooming and my dogs seemed happy and relaxed, and of course excited when I picked them up.Rebecca listed carefully to my grooming instructions, confirming everything I said. She did a great job and I was so happy to see my dogs looking so healthy and happy. One of my dogs overheats easily and needs to keep her coat short. Rebecca groomed her perfectly. The other was very sick the past few weeks and badly needed to be groomed. Again he looks happy and healthy, a little gentleman. I needed to communicate with her via text during their grooming and she was great at responding, even though she was so busy.I will definitely be visiting Furry and Fabulous again. I love her pink decor. She has done a great job creating a unique business.Thank you Rebecca!!

Not enough communication. Our dog had a matted coat and have been Made to feel guilty which isn't fair.not a good experience.

Good groomers and good service!We had complaints about my dog from other groomers because he was deemed 'naughty' - he is a poodle and a spaniel mixed so he just gets very excited and playful. We took him here for a cut a couple of weeks ago and he got on great! its not too busy in the salon or too much going on so he isn't overstimulated and gets on great with the groomer!Would definitely recommend!

First time at Furry & Fabulous ...and that’s exactly what happened.... she went in furry and came out fabulous! Becky was thorough in checking what I wanted and wrote everything down.. she gave me a time to collect her and I was delighted with how Mabel looked , it’s hard to get a perfect Cocker cut but have to say this was exactly what I’d hoped for. She came out smelling delicious. Lovely staff, safe environment and you have yourselves a new customer thank you so much !
