Wonderful place! Everything was tip top.Can't find fault in anything, room spot on, staff brilliant, the breakfast really was delicious, all proper stuff!!I would definitely recommend this place.

Quaint little place by Plymouth Hoe. Perfect for a little stop over in the area and they do a great breakfast. Rooms are modern, clean and tidy. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

I stayed here for one night with my son. The room was good with a fantastic new bathroom and powerful shower. The location was excellent. Being able to walk along the Hoe to all the fabulous restaurants and attractions at the Barbican made the location hard to beat. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Overnight stop six minutes from ferry. Lovely clean bedroom, with very comfortable beds. Quality furnishings and bedding. Shower room was exceptional clean, spacious and well laid out.There is a park with playground opposite so not overlooked. Parking permit given to enable onroad parking outside the house. Very quiet street, didn't hear any noise over night. Slept very well.Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order.Excellent value for money. Owner and staff polite, friendly and welcoming. We will certainly use again. Thank you

Very central location, very clean, breakfast was great, room was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay and car park for motorcycle at rear of building which gave us peace of mind of security. Would definitely return to this b & b . Thank u.

Very nice check in and out. Good breakfast included, personally made to order. So bring some time. Very good value for money. Parking right in front of the house for 5 GBP.

Had to go to Plymouth for an overnight stay and stayed here. The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable! The owner was a lovely lady who was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and We felt very welcome we would most definitely stay again.

I booked a double room so we could stay overnight after getting tickets for Jimmy Carr at the (very nearby) Plymouth Pavillions. Room was only £60 so wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Nice sized room, WC and shower, TV, free WI-FI, very clean etc. Town centre is a 10 minute walk away, very quiet area overnight, mattress was rather 'springy' and has probably seen better days but still slept well, didn't get up in time for the breakfast so can't comment (getting up at 7-30 to 9 on a Sunday, no thanks)Parking is a bit of a pain, nearby car park is a rip off, so you need a permit from the Hotel which is only £2 but expires at 10am the next day, and make sure you give the Hotel a ring when you are near as is it not manned 24 hours.Other than that, recommended

Friendly and helpful hosts. Our room was a little warm at night, even with the windows open but otherwise everything was very comfortable. Have another stay in Plymouth next year and plan to head back here. The hosts are currently operating at reduced occupancy as a covid precaution.
