I'm a paying patient and haven't been able to book an appointment since covid. The surgery can't keep their staff, just keep getting told that they're employing more dentists over the next few months. Been getting told the same thing for nearly 2 years.

Friendly staff.Hayley my dentist, is friendly and explains everything she is going to do.She is kind and moves rooms to see me, as I am disabled and can no longer climb the stairs.A great experience overall.

Needed a emergency appointment and was told I would put on cancellation list. Was a bit sceptical that I would get an appointment good enough got a phone call back to come back in the afternoonWas treated and informed I needed root canal treatment and was booked for follow up appointment by a courteous and helpful reception staff

By far 1 of the worst practice's I have ever used. Was extremely frustrated when turning up for dental appointment to find my dentist practitioners decided to go home without notification, I turnt up for treatment & he had gone home. Following month had appointment & explained I was at a funeral that date, I was taken off the books for non attendance after I told reception I was at a funeral. Absolutely disgraced by their actions I emailed management for several months & got ignored. Good luck to everyone who uses this practice

Hailey was fantastic she made me feel safe and confident in her I am normally very anxious about the dentist but she made it a happy and pleasant thing even though it was a deep root canal would not go to a nother dentist again built up a lot of trust in Hailey
