I think this home is more of a nursing home than residential as at March 2016, am not sure if things have changed at the moment. I know people give staffs & families give complaints about the management. They had some really hard working staffs but I'll give just 2 stars on my opinion.

A warm and friendly environment, my relative seems happy and often comments on the great food. The facilities are great and she has been treated well, with kindness and dignity.

If you care about your loved one don't put them in this place they will not get looked after, they get put in a room and forgot about and the staff are either gormless or patronising. Wouldn't even give it 1star!

I have worked here for nearly 26 year's with a great team of dedicated staff looking after elderly and vulnerable people everyone does a great job,it's a bright and happy environment to work in
