I visited Tesco cookstown phone shop yesterday, I needed a mobile fone to give to my mummy who is In a nursing home under lockdown,so they can WhatsApp us, you can imagine how stressful that is for us as a family.When I explained this all to the very pleasant assistant which I now know is called Catherine, she literally took over everything for me and I came away from the shop with the fone ready for the homeI really appreciated her help and kindness, thank you Catherine

Very good Tesco superstore in Cookstown. It's located in a shopping park on the edge of the town. It's well stocked, has a petrol station and a large carpark. There can be queues to enter the store at peak times, due to covid restrictions. It's not a problem to queue, it actually gives confidence that it's safe to enter the shop.

I was in today with my disabled mother and 3 young children needless to say I had a stroke 1 year ago so I’m not so well myself. James at self service looked at us as if we were taking up too much space and asked me a 38 year old girl was u not familiar with self service checkouts. His body language was as if he hated his job and we were in his way we all look normal but had our health troubles in the last year James a bit of respect for the invisible disabilities, your body language was not very nice. Sorry to have troubled you!! We were only in getting our groceries the eye rolls said it all, yes I saw them!!!

This store seems very sectarian to me. They refused to display Northern Ireland football merch back on 2016 and now they're refusing to display items they have been given for the Queens Jubliee. Absolute disgrace of a store! I will not be shopping here and I would advise everyone else to do the same! ASDA FOR THE WIN!!!

Fantastic Tesco store. There is so much choice in store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is really clean and spacious. The toilets are very clean too. This is one of the best Tesco stores I have been too.

Was working in this store doing the photographs this week and wanted to leave a message to say how brilliant the staff are. They were very welcoming and friendly and a lovely chap called John even helped me when I was packing up the kit. It's the staff here that make visiting this store a really good experience. Thankyou!

Worst day of my life I went into Tesco looking hard seltzers as it was the only shop that sold them in larger amounts, I walked in with a couple of the lads who were all over 18 but some did have ID on them i they weren’t going to be drinking with us. I went to the self check out to buy my drink, was Ided and then told the other boys had to also provide ID Even though they weren’t buying anything, they couldn’t all provide ID as some didn’t have any on them we were then told to leave due to not having ID horrible establishment I will never visit again Asda has never done this.

As with all large supermarkets there is an extensive range of many products at generally competitive prices. I doubt there is anyone that requires any real detail or further explanation on what is sold here. Lots of parking spaces and toilets are available in store. There is a Tesco petrol station on the way in.
