We run our own rubbish clearance company and needed to upgrade one of our vans , We contacted SCS and from spoke to Tom who was superb from start to finish. i picked up a van today from scs. Tom the manager greeted me and let me look around the vehicle with no pressure on looking at it and being satisfied it was in good cosmetic condition he said take it for a test drive, i did so and was happy with the drive.we done the deal and had a pleasant chat about family and if i should have any problem with the vehicle don’t hesitate to get in contact with him. i was very pleased with service and will give an updated review in a month.

I am writing this review for Tom and the team there almost a year after buying a van from them because, unlike most dealerships in the trade, they continue to care and continue to provide exceptional customer service regardless of how long ago you purchased from them.I have had occasion to contact Tom a few times now and he always goes the extra mile, always has professional, intelligent advice, always puts himself out and is very proud of the reputation he has built by doing this.If you want a commercial vehicle, if good old fashioned customer service is important to you and if you want a first class experience before and after purchase, this is the only place to go in Sussex in my opinion.

This is a welcoming friendly family run business. My husband and I went to look for a van and found exactly what he wanted. We were greeted and dealt with by father and daughter both very professional and efficient in their work. Full of knowledge and helpful information. The showroom and office covid compliant and social awareness taken into consideration. The whole process was stress free and made so easy.I am glad to say I have one happy husband with a new van to pick up next Saturday. The van I bought from SCS has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. I had a tiny age related problem with it (outside of warranty by years) something the internet and Ford themselves were useless at helping with, I phoned SCS for advice on what they would do. Tom sourced a replacement part within 10 minutes. The perfect example of customer service, went above and beyond any expectation. Buying was a friendly no pushy approach, picking up the van (by far the cleanest second hand motor i've seen) was easy. SCS set the bar high!
