An extremely disappointing and terrible experience – they consistently deviate from the agreed-upon terms. Unjust charges persist without providing transparent evidence, and even upon requesting service termination, they continue to charge without delivering the service. This appears to be indicative of a dubiousbusiness practice; I strongly advise avoiding this company. it really sounds like a scamming company

Unfortunately I must say I am definitely not an happy customer. We have received a large amount of incorrect details. Spelling names, surnames and taking down phone numbers is what they should be doing by trade, how is it possible that 40% of email addresses taken down are incorrect?When I pointed out the issues they have asked me to re-send the incorrect details to them... I need an answering phone service to minimise my work load in answering calls not increase it and I also have to email them a list of the mistakes made by them? It sounds like I am working for them, however it should be the other way around.Also they never offer a refund or compensation. They are very good at invoicing and very quick at that too, not so good at answering calls nor at customer service.Not to mention when I called hem up to try the service, the lady who picked up the phone was unable to spell the name Francesa! Nor pronounce the name of the company she is supposed to represent.

I've been using this company to handle my customer service and order line for my drop-shipping online adult store for a number of years now.They were able to offer a bespoke script for my calls which easily guide people through the order process smoothly and accurately. Considering the nature of my business I'm happy to say that my calls have always been handled in a professional manner by all the team.There have been some errors however considering callers sometimes are not always willing to provide spellings etc, it's never really caused any inconvenience and I understand how it happens.All in all, having a 24/7 service like this has helped me grow my business and allowed me to ensure there's always someone available to take my calls, even on public holidays.Thanks alldaypa!

Doesn't immediately put me through to their customer service number despite being ironically a phone answering service. However, the management did call me back shortly thereafter (less than 45 minutes later) - explained the situation and resolved my query. I was impressed and have amended my review accordingly.

I worked for this company and they were so unsupportive. I had been in hospital due to having sepsis and my mum had called to tell them that I wouldn’t be available to work for this reason. When I did come back to work they terminated my contract stating that I went “AWOL” although they claim to record the calls. Clearly they missed the recording of my mums call that day.

Overall awful experience. Price does NOT reflect the level of service or quality of messages. I was pushed into an upfront payment and it wasn't set up for 8 weeks totally. They then chase like mad for invoices and won't allow you go change card details. You can't speak to your account manager via telephone unless they eventually call you back. Just not a good experience compared to others.

Shocking call answering service quality. Rude and short PA's who were a terrible reflection of my business. Was told it was because I was on a PAYG plan and the premiere" PA's on the monthly package were better. Switched plans and just as bad. Complained a number of times and even sent call recordings
