Admirable Electrics

Called Ben out from Admirable Electrics. He couldn’t find our fault but advised we need a rewire. Chased for days for a quote and a potential start date but couldn’t pin him down on either. In the end gave up and hired someone else. Ben then asked if we wanted him to do the rewire and we explained no we’ve got someone else now. He then proceeded to send very rude and unprofessional messages, clearly angry that we had chosen to go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional and very glad we didn’t go with this company for the work.

We’ve used Ben from Admirable Electrics for many different properties over the past few years. He is experienced and professional. Always going above and beyond. He’s carried out re-wires, installed extractor fans, ovens, sockets, carried out EICRs and the best thing was he found that we’d been scammed by another electrician who claimed we needed multiple things done after a failed EICR. It turned out that we didn’t! Ben saved us lots of money by spotting this. He explains things well, is always responsive and get things done to a very high standard. He’s also friendly and very tidy. We would always use him and highly recommend him. Thank you for always working very hard for us.

Ben did a complete rewiring of the existing house and fitted all of the electrics in our extension. It was a huge job that included the electrics for the boiler, underfloor heating, summerhouse and outside lighting. He was a pleasure to work with. Needed some outside lights putting up and installing. Ben was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly. He came over initially to consult where we would like them and how much it would cost. We’d had a few quotations and this was very reasonably priced compared to others. We decided to go ahead with the installation sorted a date and time and our garden lights were up. Very easy, helpful and quick. Would highly recommend.

Had a major fault resulting on a previous negligent contractor. Had lots of recommendations for Admirable Electrics so called Ben and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Probably did around four hours of analysis and two visits before charging anything. Excellent communication and clarity of costs up front. Finished the job over the weekend and was very tidy after he was done. I’ve had no issues since! Highly recommended.
