They need to be reported, take phone off latch an after you ring a few times an it's off all day cannot get prescription delivered it's been 2 weeks. No compassion no help disgusting service, girl with scarf behind counter is disgustingly rude

I have used this excuse for a chemist a few times due to its location. I now feel I have to comment. The customer service is extremely poor, (exceptions being the east European lady and the young man training to be a pharmacy technician. ).The others are surly, rude and look at you as though your an alien. Their customer service skills are non existent. Whilst waiting in the queue I have seen vulnerable adults being talked to extremely badly. Inside,the chemist could certainly do with a lick of paint.Please note that this pharmacy review has not been assessed on one bad visit. It has been based on several visits as I also pick up prescriptions for other people who cannot get out.

The store is in a horrible state . Looks like a chemist in a slum in a 3rd world country.The prices they charge for over the counter medication is 55% more than every other chemist in the Midlands.If you walk in and you're caucasion you get a cold shoulder, them another Asian walks in and they treat them as a long lost family member...not to mention he's a complete stranger !If you can find another chemist closer to home , use that oneOr if you really need to use it...when you walk in ...say ...HamdoullalaAnd the girl with the head scarf is so bloody rude ...really the sign above the door should say ... We only prefer to serve muslims" ...."

Unfortunately opening times are wrong,website stated that this Pharmacy is open on Sundays from early morning hours-not true,they are open from around 10am. About the staff,I have to say that is unfortunately true-this young ,blond Polish girl is very rude and unfriendly. She gave you this looks". And please don't say that I'm saying this because she is Polish. I am Polish too. Rest of the staff is very helpful

A very handy little chemist conveniently located on the high st. Open every day of the week, which is great. Service is always very good :)

We changed pharmacies as they never get your medication on time. Constantly fobbed off by the staff. Absolutely no customer service. I don't like to belittle people but the absolute lack of enthusiasm is incomprehensible. I felt like serving myself on the couple of occassions I've had to pop in- Shocking! Shame, its in a great location. And the previous staff were clued up. Not suprised they didn't stick around!

Totally terrible service and some staff are very rude and should learn customer service I was showed up in there by some cheeky woman she as no respect for people and bad attitude will not be using again

Very local on the high street. Opening hours are great. Open all week which is amazing compared to other chemists/pharmacies. Staff were friendly and very quick on sorting my prescription out for me.
