Have been meaning to go here for ages. The queue us are justified. Bread is utterly delicious. Croissants light with endless buttery flaky layers. The cinnamon swirl an adventure. I’ll be back. A great bakery.

We are so lucky that Charlie and Mo decided to set up shop in Fishguard. Have been eating their bread non stop for months now, worked our way through the list, all are delicious, particular fave is the organic white sourdough. They also do a very handy sandwich loaf and amazing seasonal pastry treats. Really friendly place - Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

I was very excited to see a sourdough bakery as I recently drove through Fishguard on a rainy January morning. I bought the white sandwich loaf and for me, it was an excellent sourdough bread. Good robust texture and extremely tasty, especially when toasted.

What a find!Old fashioned way of baking.Staff really friendly and helpful.Bread to die for so light and fluffy.Danish pastries that we could eat over and over again.Please visit you will not be disappointed.

Lovely artisanal bread maker deep in Pembrokeshire. We had their signature sourdough bread (brown) for 3.5 pounds it was mighty and delicious! Some of the best sourdough I have tasted. Friendly guy serving and is definitely recommended!

It is LOVELY to see a baker working locally .I really enjoy supporting small local business .BUT what I was sold was more akin to victory sandwich then bread !I can quite honestly say I have never had such heavy spongy bread in my life .No crumb what so ever , completely rubbery .I would guess ,under Risen ,not enough protein in the flour and or the sour dough being used it weak and poor , perhaps ALL of those things.Now the owner isn't going to listen to me .But that would be a sad mistake ,as I was baking bread by hand , commercially LONG before he was a twinkle in his father's eye .So this isn't useless trolling , I know what I am talking about .Bread is bread and cake is cake .You are hurting your potential by producing bread as poor as this .Sort it out and and all my family will become good regular customers .......In reply to bakers response: I knew you would say it was style"

On of the best I have used (and I travel a lot) - great sourdough. Sells out quickly so get there early

One of the best bakeries I have tested in GB. Better than a lot of German bakeries . I ashure.
