Had cat and dog appointment booked.someone came in an hour late.They got told to wait 25 minutes which they agreed to.Then somone comes in a day early and they get seen straight away! I have no complaints about how they treat my pets they are great! But why are you seeing someone who is a day early instead of me with an appointment

The kindest, most thoughtful staff.Thank you for looking after us so well when we had to get our cat pts. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make sure our cat and we were taken care of with dignity and kindness. You made a painful moment a lot more bearable. So glad you guys are our local vets. We would never take our pets anywhere else.

Recently joined here with my new puppy George and they are such a lovely vets. He is so happy to go in and they are so helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to attend here with their pets and you can expect the best care and customer service :)

Arrived to euthanized my 12 yr old German shepherd baby girl. She went peacefully in my arms at home.The girls struggled to carry her to the van out back struggled to open van doors. Then just threw her in on top of work equipment!I was in tears. They knew she was coming and didn't even clear a space...literally dumped in back of van onto of boxes and Wellington boots and vet equipment. Shocking undignified and uncaring after death care. Would not use again

Cant praise these good people enough. My wee molly has heart failure and the care and treatment she is getting is second to none!All the staff and vets are very attentive and are always kind and empathetic. Yes our we molly is going to dog heaven soon but she is getting the best treatment and this is keeping her and us happy and upbeat. Big thank you guys!
