Receptionist think they are GPS and very unprofessional. Rude and argumentative. Think they always right and full of themselves. Tell lies and cause more stress and tension for a patient who is already unwell and house bound

Needs upgrading. Been here only a couple if times and everytime they are running late, and the last time they were so far behind they couldnt see me so i had to rebook for two weeks time!One doctor here has no social skills what so ever. I hate when admin book me here, rather than Hamilton branch.

Receptionist lady wasted my one week time. She is so slow on the phone and face to face. She is unprofessional and rude. If you want to hold them by calling don't even think it. You will waste your time on long waiting.

Lady called Mahima is evil. Just a receptionist that thinks she's smart and sounds like a broken record when you're talking to her. She's only been working for a short time but is ruining the standards of the surgery. The manager reading this, get rid of her and protect what's left of the surgery's reputation!
