I regularly rely on the London Camera Exchange for my film supply and developing needs , and have always had a great experience . Staff are friendly and helpful , and turnaround time for developing is ideal ( ~1 week )

Took Nikon D90 in for repair Dec 2022. Six months later, three shop visits and phone calls, no repair in sight. I contacted Nikon about UK supply chain issues and found out from them the D90 is apparently out of support! It's unreasonable to expect shop staff to know everything about support, buttheir lack of proactivity was unprofessional. Won't be visiting again.

Over the last 30 years I have bought a few cameras and lenses from the Bath branch of London Camera Exchange and sadly in the past the customer service could sometimes be quite poor. However, I can actually say that with the current manager, Mark, that they are probably offering the best customer service ever. When you make an enquiry, Mark always responds quickly and offers good advice. I was recently offered an excellent deal on a new Canon camera with a fair trade in on my old camera. I am very happy to recommend the branch.

I got a quote for a couple of Sony A-Mount lenses. Communication was seemingly all very good but when I dropped them off it turned out I was given a quote for the newer E-Mount lenses and it was suggested I myself listed them wrong. However, this is not the case and the models listed in the quote were either misread or glazed over by LCE so was a bit of a frustrating experience. Staff seemed nice enough and did apologise however.

It's nice to shop somewhere where the staff seem genuinely interested in helping you and not just making a sale, I went here to find my first camera, and the lady behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful, she talked me through several options and ended up finding me exactly what I needed.Great experience, 10/10

This store is the epitome of excellent service. We needed a new SD card because the old one had become defective. In addition to the new SD card, we received extensive help and advice on how to get the photos off the faulty SD card. Without additional costs.Highly recommended!

A few months ago I went in to get some information on a camera I wanted to sell, the staff member was rude and basically laughed at me saying ‘we would never buy something like that here. I brought the camera for around £800 a few years ago. He went on to further make degrading comments and I was so mortified by the end of it that I left the shop and cried

Very bad service. I was looking to buy batteries for my point and shoot and I assumed that the staff were knowledgable and knew which ones I needed. The worker sold me two batteries and assured me that they were the right ones for my camera. I inserted them into my camera in front of him and they were obviously not the right ones and my camera didn’t turn on. He didn’t offer a refund, instead he assured me that the issue can be solved by putting blue tack (a play dough) on the batteries and then putting them inside the camera. This also didn’t work. The worker then couldn’t remove the batteries because of the blue tack and used scissors inside my camera to get them out which dented the wrong batteries i paid 18 pounds for. The blue tack also left a sticky residue inside my camera. Would not recommend this place, expensive and the owners obviously know very little about cameras.
