Purchased some Lottie Doll items here and accidentally bought just an outfit instead of a full doll due to the way the images were presented. I phoned up and they are sending an alternative with free shipping and they have already changed the image on the outfit to say 'doll not included' so others don't make the same mistake. Very pleasant person on the phone and I was pleased with the way they solved the problem.

I purchased the doctors kit for my grandson in November. The product arrived promptly and all the parts were of a good standard except for the stethoscope which is not fit for purpose. It is loosely assembled and cannot be played with. Such a shame as this was one of the main reasons I bought the gift. I wrote a very fair review and reported the defects but as yet have not heard anything from this company. Such a disappointment, I wanted to patronise a smaller business as I believed there would be a element of customer service.Needless, to say this explains the one star.

This company is the best place to buy your toys from! Customer service is 10/10, fast delivery and the toys are so well made. My daughter has the pull along wooden bear & rabbit - they manoeuvre so perfectly and go around in circles easily which is great. The design is lovely too! My grandsons Mallard battery operated train stopped working so opened it up to investigate. Found 2 wires had broken but worse than that the switch fell apart. I thought I could get a replacement as the Bigjigs website states that spare parts are available to” get your toy back working” only to be told that they don’t actually carry any spares. If the components used within the train were to a better standard then my grandson’s train would still be working. Looks good quality from the outside but very poor inside. Contacting Trading Standards with regard to their replacement parts policy

Bought a wooden pram for Christmas and it was awful. The wheels made an awful squeak, they constantly fell off and the rubber seals on the wheels would come off and fly across the room. Completely unsafe for a child. Sent the item back and well over a month later still haven't received a refund. Chased it numerous times and still waiting to get the money back. Awful product and awful customer service

Very happy with our train letters I purchased as a gift. Looked better than the photos, very well made, strong magnets and love the fact that you can take the letters off and even the guard carriage top can come off.Postage was extremely fast. Ordered yesterday and received today Express delivery. Thank you!

I've bought various models from this business 5x now online. They always arrive quickly in good time and I've never had the need to address any issues with the products. As such, I believe thorough quality checks have been completed from this independent business who are obviously passionate about their customer service.
