The food here is inconsistent. Sometimes you might get something packed with meat, and plenty of flavour, other times it can just be loaded up with iceberg lettuce and be very bland, even with ordering extra meat.The service can be very slow, especially if they have a lot of delivery orders to get out, and it doesn't feel particularly welcoming or friendly. I'm not 100% sure why it's always so busy.

What an experience, just the real deal backing Germany when I lived they're.Good staff great food and I live the way you can customise your order with many choices even in what flavour fries you would like .Worth a visit and the money for a great clean meal .Worth it .

I went to get a gym box and it took them more than 20 minutes to prepare it and then it was left opened on the counter for couple more minutes, I politely asked if my order was ready and and they didn’t know if it was my order so I had a staff member digging my food to check if there was only salad and meat. When I saw that I was chocked and I said I wouldn’t eat it, they didn’t even offered to give me a new order just gave me a refund and that was it.

failure. it was good at the very beginning. today I visited this place again. donner kebab literally no meat. cabbage with sauce and that's it. waste of money. unfortunately, whenever there is a regular customer, the quality goes down.. but not for everyone. NO I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE

The service was quick and easy, with the options being displayed as normal above the server. I ordered a box with beef, salad, and chips, waited 5 minutes and even got a 15% student discount (paid roughly £5.65 for the box).Normally with a traditional kebab place you get A LOT of food. Here, not so much, which is to be expected due to the price being half of what you’d pay for the aforementioned kebabs.That being said, it was near-perfect sizing (a little more meat needed imo) and filled me up without making me feel like I couldn’t walk.Cheap, easy, and efficient, which is all you want really!

Today, I’ve order take out gym box with extra salad, got just meat no salad at all, saw it only at home. Quite disappointed! Didn’t happen such thing before.

After waiting for over an hour for our order, not because of them being busy, but because they was keeping chatting to each others! We then received the bag of our order, get to the car to find one is missing, get back to ask, then one of them said oh yes sorry this one was yours!!" After all that

Having been to the Winchester branch and experiencing excellent food and service, I thought I'd order to be delivered from my local branch (Southampton).My wife ordered a gym box, which was basically just salad. I ordered the burger with extra meat. Did I get extra meat? NO, I didn't. Absolute joke! Add to the fact my meal was cold upon receiving it.I certainly won't be ordering ever again from the Southampton branch.Winchester store gets 5*You should be proud of your staff there. Friendly, polite and efficient. Very clean store. You get what you order.

I asked for extra meat. To be honest, it was identical in size to my friends kebab! £1.50 for nothing! The kebabs are great and very authentic though.Update. Was here today and the kebab was filled with plenty of meat! Service was quite lousy though. The Server didn't ask if I'd like to make my OG a meal deal. Didn't attempt to offer any extras. Didn't say a word. I asked for an OG, she entered into the till and that was that. Not a smile, nothing. Reconsider your till staff!

Just ordered veggie kebab and got this. Usually salad flows out of it what the hell is this? Paid £13 for the order. Tried to call and no one is picking up
