Buckingham Post Office

Went in to order my new passport 10 days ago. It arrived today! Very efficient and friendly service. If you need to renew your passport this is an excellent way of doing it.

I visit my local Post Office almost daily and always get the best service - they’re prompt, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly to boot! We’re very lucky in Buckingham to have such a great team looking after us.

They couldn't of made renewing mine and my kids passports any easier if they tried. Amazing service

The man at the counter, Mr Jijar Patel, was really rude, yet again. He appeared impatient and short tempered by being snappy and treating me and the customers before me with an air of contempt topped with a sprinkling of bitterness.This is certainly not a one off example where he has just had a bad day, as this is the style of service from him on every single visit I make. I truly don't think the man has ever learnt how to smile or be cordial to anyone. I actually feel sad for the workers who are also employed to spend any amount of time with him. I actually perversely hope he is going through a tough period, to hope he may improve, but I believe the prospect for that is bleak, as this has been his way with all customers I've seen him 'serve' for a long as I've seen him work there.I have truly had enough of his attitude and I will definitely let other people who are in line, cut in front of me from now on, in order that I may be served by either of the other two genuinely nice employees there. Whether I'm in a rush or not. They are courteous and helpful every other time I've needed help or in fact any service at all from the other employees.If you are reading this and wish to attend the post office, I vehemently urge you to recognise this middle-aged man, and upon identification, wait for another employee to be available so you too don't have a black cloud of annoyance over the rest of your day.

Always very helpful with every query I've had. I bank with lloyds so it's easy for me to deposit money into my account without having to go to the bank.
