Very poor after sales service - well non-existent to be honest My bi-fold doors were installed a few weeks after delivery. My installer found the threshold strip to be dented and bent and there was a gouge in the door frame (which was covered by a Eurocell protective sticker). The response to my email claimed it must have been damaged in transit and I should have reported it sooner. I explained that I stored the item in it's original packaging prior to installation. I was then told the items could be replaced at my cost!!!!

Ordered bespoke windows from ATT and we're absolutely delighted with them. We created a holiday accommodation lodge from an old static caravan and replaced all the windows and added patio doors. We are right on the coast in Scotland and so suffer with salt and sand.... These windows are perfect as the fittings are stainless steel. Brilliant to deal with right from the start, nothing too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Superb customer service and wonderful showroom. The sales team have been very knowledgeable and patient, and have suggested some unique features I would have never thought of. Will absolutely do business with this company again.

After working from home for 6 months due to the virus on the dining room table I needed a proper office as I have been told we wont ever be going back into the office full time. Very pleased with the building it looks fantastic and very contemporary in the dark grey. It really sets the garden off rather than being a wooden shed in the corner which I didn't want. The guys who built it were excellent and had it up in a day so pleased I went for that. Would definitely recommend to others.

Ordered a french door and a window from them, 4 week lead time but allowed for prep work, arrived on time and fitted with no issues. Very reasonably priced also, would recommend.

I've bought 4 x sets sliding patio doors (2 x standard size, 2 x custom size).I'm delighted -the price and quality seem unbeatable.The delivery time is generally a bit over stated time scale on website- but hey- there is a pandemic (and delivery is free!!!!).After sales was good too, needed to change a handle and it was no trouble.They have saved me a lot of money compared to the local company that I got a quote from :-)Buy with confidence.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANYCheap doors with poor post purchase care.You certainly get what you pay for these days! Ordered bespoke French doors just after lockdown eased and was not able to pin them down to a delivery date until two days before actual delivery. Customer care non-existent. Happy to take your money but the most unpleasant telephone conversations with the most unhelpful staff. I was not able to let my builder know when they would be onsite for fitting. My doors arrived 6 weeks from order but builder was busy on another job and was not available to install until a couple of weeks later. We were never advised to inspect item within 48 hours of delivery and to be honest I wouldn’t have known what to look for. Now we find a part missing to fit doors to frame. Called to find a reasonable solution but same awful customer service, inquired about their lack of quality control before shipping item. They sprouted the usual terms of conditions to inspect within 48hours (not found when I actually read the T&Cs) and offered a replacement part to be shipped next day. Which really means a delay of 48 hours for builder to return yet again from another site. I asked if they would reimburse me if I was able to purchase a spare hinge from alternative manufacturer close by but again she ‘reminded’ me of their 48 hour inspection rule and a reimbursement would not be given.Doors look ok but disappointed with the missing hinge and very disappointed in the post purchase care.

Ordered a garden building from ATT. We were very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. All the people we dealt with, Michael, the sales representative, the lady who scheduled the delivery and installation and the installation team, were all professional, helpful and friendly.The Garden Building itself is just what we were we were looking for and now look forward to kitting it out over the next few months to have it ready for summer.

We have recently had a home office built and installed by ATT Fabrications and it is just perfect. From start to finish their service was outstanding and the finished building is of very high quality. We researched the product for sometime and finally settled on ATT due to their helpful nature and the fact that it was a very uncomplicated ordering process. There was the option to customise the build but we decided to go with an off the shelf option and we are really pleased we did. We've had a lot of compliments on the building which fits perfectly at the bottom of our garden. It gives us a great new space to work in that our whole family can use. Thank you ATT.
