Thanks to Sam and all of the team for their absolute professionalism and care, advice and compassion when arranging my husbands funeral. It was everything my husband had wanted and they managed to make it happen, especially with the music, which was so important to my husband. Also thanks to celebrant Carly Fee, who made a really tough day bearable.

From my first phone call to them following my mums death in December they were friendly, helpful and professional in all aspects of making the arrangements for her funeral. Every detail was taken care of and they offered advice and suggestions every step of the way. The organisation on the day was exceptional, thank you so much to you all.

My mam recently passed away and I contacted Turnbulls, having used them many years ago when my dad died. Their professionalism, organisation and compassion was outstanding from the day my mam died to her actual funeral. Mam was treated with the dignity and respect she deserved. I would like to say a special thank you to Sam for his patience and support at such a difficult time, and to Ben and the team who did mam proud on the day. Turnbull’s have organised the funerals for both my mother 9 years ago and my fatherIn July this year. The company is impeccable. From prompt answering of the phone through to handing all aspects of the service with care and sensitivity. Martyn and his team are very respectful and made the funeral, whilst solemn and sad, go as well as it could. I can’t recommend them more highly. With many thanks for a perfect occasion.

Turnbulls have a compassionate thoughtful and true understanding of the grief of loosing a loved one. They listen console and deliver a beautiful and professional service. They arranged everything including floral tributes of a naval anchor and ambulance emblem for my Dad. They arranged my Mums too. They have patience and understanding beyond compare. I couldn't have asked for a better service. In what was an exceptionally tough time for the entire family Turnbull's and Ben in particular provided a real warming compassionate touch, explained everything clearly and were available anytime to assist. Pricing was more than reasonable and they really made the toughest of times that bit easier.
