I ordered a pair of Altberg boots ex army for work as i walk long distances along canals inspecting bridges couldn't be more pleased in near new condition and only £50 with postage. Very comfortable excellent fitting boots prompt dispatch and delivery will definitely be back for more. 5star.

Bought a number of items from them in the past, now a returning customer and bought a pair of Czech boots, they're actually brand new and have never been worn, although described as grade 1 used, see the attached photos. The boots fit well and are made from good quality leather. Great communication. I will buy from them again.

Great stuff! I ordered khaki combats and a green fleece for gardening/dog walking, and they're both just exactly what I expected. Excellent service, great selection, I'll deffo be back. 10/10

I like to leave a review not on the company Go Army more about the carrier who delivered my parcel. I paid for top delivery service as you see from the emailI sent to Go Army an email to give them the heads up and asked for a refund this is my email below and the response I got back from them Go Army. Not Happy !!!.Good morning,I would like to give you some feedback on my delivery service yesterday.I got an email from the company that delivered my parcel saying they had delivered it to a neighbour and carded my house. 1 they didn't come to my house first and 2 they dumped the parcel in the front garden of no31 and 3 they didn't come to my house and put card through my front door to notify me where my parcel was, I know all this   because I have ring camera at my front door and my wife was at home in the office .This is unacceptable service and the stress it caused me and I had chase around trying to locate where my parcel was and would like refund for the delivery service chargeThis is Go ArmyUnfortunately we do not offer compensation on such matters.Go Army should have contacted the carrier service and make a complaint and tell them to give a refund and should pass it on to me, they didn't so I will not be buying anything more from Go Army because i can't guaranteed that goods will arrive

The deployment bag is excellent, good quality and I’m very happy with it that 5/5 go army. Your delivery service is shockingDX express delivered to the wrong house, wrong street the old lady turned around and said this is the wrong address The delivery driver said that’s not my problem.I did get my parcel from the lady, but I will give you zero for the delivery company Dx express

Excellent customer service. I ordered three bags which came very quickly. There was a small issue in that one bag was missing straps. A quick email and the straps were sent out as quickly as the first items, no quibble. I would highly recommend this business.

Great company, good products & advice. Used them several times & have only experienced the odd small issue such as allocated stock not actually being available then having to be refunded but this was at a time of moving warehouses, so relatively understandable. Gary is first class at sorting things out if they do go wrong. Genuine, decent & honest company. Thank you for your service.

So I've used this company before and had no problems. I brought a 120l dpm bergen due to being made homeless and they sent me a bergen that was falling apart. Organised an exchange for a better one as it wasn't going to be fit for purpose. I had to chase and email them on many occasions just to get the returns label. I stated the date to them when I needed it back to my billing address. Now after 3 day days of trying to contact them their phone number isn't accepting incoming calls, they're not answering emails, I'm out of pocket haven't even got a bergen. Think this is unacceptable way to treat a veterans whos becoming homeless. Willing to change the review if they sort this issue out but definitely wont be using this shop anymore. They stated this was grade 1 but being ex infantry for over 6 years who had this issued when I was serving was issued a grade 1 and was in much better condition than this. Was faded, falling apart and the lining inside that helps keep it waterproof was peeling off and disintegrating. Go army please contact me back to fix this or give me my money back so I can buy one from another company who will provide me a better one.Iten has now been refunded just waiting for payment to be received.Refund issued many thanks
