Communication is poor, did my own viewing and sold after the first one - then never heard from them again, including upto completion day.

The sale was due to bereavement and I lived a distance away. I was completely happy with the service from valuation through to completion, I never felt hurried in the phone, all staff dealt with matters in a friendly and professional way. Having worked in the conveyancing world, I do not make these comments lightly or without some experience.Would not hesitate to recommend and I rarely ‘do’ reviews but felt this relevant to the service I received.
