Recently moved into the area and was looking for a trusted garage to do my MOT, which was inclusive of changing some brake pads as I knew they needed doing. Was really pleased with the service as called on Monday and they were able to squeeze me in on Wednesday (as being my first MOT I didn’t realise it needed doing and needed my car for work). The team were very helpful and kept me in the loop with the process the whole time and to top it off, I found the cost of the work incredibly cheap too! I will definitely be using them again for any work that needs doing to my car.

I brought my car today and a few hours later he told me vaguely the cost of the reparation. I told him I wont be able to do all in once as the reparations were over my budgetI authorized for two reparations only. When I went to pick up my car He told me the amount was way over, just because “he thought “ I authorized itWhy didn’t tell me the final price before to do any reparation?just by suppositions? Purchased Mazda Mx5 and very pleased with the overall service offered. Excellent price for my part ex vehicle. I traveled from Manchester to view the Mazda and asked before hand about its overall condition. Nick in Sales was honest about the vehicle and the car was as described by him. It received a full MOT and check over before purchase. Sales staff were very friendly and efficient on the I collected the car. Identified a knock from the rear on the way home and following inspection by a local engineer the work was carried out and the invoice sent and paid for without any argument. I have purchased new vehicles in the past from Main Dealerships and the service from Mount Pleasant was just as good,except I wasn't offered a cuppa!! Thank you.
