Magic Moment Wedding & Eventz

I got married last weekend and I have to say Magic Moments have been incredible from the moment we booked them. Initially my sister in law used them and recommended them. We had a meeting in August 2020 about what could be provided and what we wanted. Steph was very friendly and accommodating. Straight after the meeting we booked Steph.  As the wedding approach and we had more questions she always responded quickly. Steph was always on the ball as well. I have never planned a wedding before so there was a lot I didn’t know. Steph provided us with clear guidance about what she needed from us, this really stopped any stress with the decorations.We had a meeting at the venue with Steph about where we wanted things. I had no idea about this. Steph had great ideas and pointed places where things could go that I would never have thought about. I mentioned during this I had confetti but I was unsure how I would give it to people before the photos. Steph offered to put a packet on everyone’s chair so they would be there and she did.The week before our wedding the love lights we wanted to use had broken (not Steph’s fault). She notified me well in advance and provided another set of lights we could use instead.The day of the wedding the room was absolutely stunning. Everything was laid out beautifully and perfectly. We had so many guests comment on how the room was set up. For the evening do I was asked to check the room, I took one of bridesmaids with me. As soon as she saw how the room had been set up she said wow.Planning a wedding can be really stressful but I was at ease knowing Magic Moments were taking care of the decorations. I am so grateful and thankful to Steph for everything she has done for us. I cannot recommend her enough.

Absolutely fantastic service from Magic Momentz for our wedding, would highly recommend and I have already! 2 of my friends have also booked after seeing my venue decor. Nothing was an issue with each change I made, very accommodating and went above and beyond for us!
