SHOCKING.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people have no conscience. Came in early April, Was told weeks before the wedding I’d be called in for a fitting and to do any necessary adjustments. A week and a half before the wedding I still hadn’t heard from them. I was bombarding with calls and texts all which were being read but ignored. They finally call TWO DAYS before the wedding and decide to tell me it’s my fault for not calling the right number baring in mind this was clearly the correct number as they called me back on this number. And I despite being told THEY would contact when the dress arrived. I was clearly distressed on the phone and was told a load of rubbish that didn’t make sense like ‘you should’ve called another number’ whenever I asked is the dress ready she would say ‘you should’ve called another number’ she then said ‘come in to discuss with me’ TWO DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING? By the end of the day they sent a picture of a dress that was nothing like the dress I requested. I’m shocked. I honestly don’t know how a business like this is still running. They’ve even refused a refund - which is the least of my worries when there is no dress?!?This won’t be the last they will hear from me. I’ll make sure that they don’t do this to another person.

They are really unprofessional, trust me. I gave my dress order on 4th of February 2023, and till today (2 July 2023) they have no clue when it will arrive. They promised me they will give me a call in June for my dress fittings but they haven’t had an updates with this. My wedding is next month first week of august 2023 and this is ridiculous that they haven’t been on time. This is a total waste of time with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING DRESS FROM THIS SHOP.

Our experience was absolutely awful. My daughter chose her dress in February. We heard no more from them. We called and called and was also told we had the wrong number. There is no telephone number for the shop on their website. We were given a business card however, when we tried calling this number she was rude and unhelpful. Young ladies should not have to have this amount of stress and frustration on which should be the most happiest experience. We finally had a call back 6 weeks before the wedding (which appears to be good compared to some) I (mother of the bride) was told off for calling the wrong number and had to produce the receipt to prove I didn’t have the shop number. No receipt - no dress!! The dress trim on the sleeves was not as ordered, but was quickly ripped off and left rough and unfinished. The veil was awful a bit of net not cut straight at the sides. We decided to pay and escape quickly with the dress (that was in a dress carrier with someone else’s name crossed out on it!) We had to take the dress and veil it to a local dress maker to make the sleeves comfortable to wear and tidy up the veil and attach the clip.Definitely not a good experience and would never recommend them to anyone!

SCAM. my sister bought her dress from themThey promised it would arrive and a fitting would take place. The dress never arrived and calls were ignored. They also had the cheek to be so rude as if they were right. This is shocking. My sister is taking legal action.

Best experience with mehri bridal , very happy with my dress, they made sure to make every detail as I requested. Friendly staff and professional. I reccomend if u want a Turkish style wedding dress!!

Worst bridal service received. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. For a day that is so special that have made it the worst ever. Will definitely NEVER recommend if you want a stress free process
