Excellent product, top quality in design and material. TV cabinet is not only practical in design but beautiful in looks. It comes at a price but in my opinion worth it if you want top quality

Best customer service experience. I have a BDI tv unit, which btw is fantastic value and looks amazing, that I had bought several years ago in the USA. Unfortunately with moving house recently one of the door hinges was removed and reassembled but became faulty and no longer allowed the door to close perfectly. I was out of warranty and had bought the unit in the USA, so went on a google search mission to find the UK distributor. BDI collection UK immediatelty replied to my initial email and said they would send a replacement hinge free of charge (no questions asked). When it arrived 3 days later it was the wrong one (same unit but different hinge as I had not photographed it) and after emailing them again they resend with the correct hinge and were even apologetic about it even though it was my mistake and sent free of charge. Again to re-emphasise; this was all done even though I had not bought the unit from them and I can therefore honestly say that if you ever buy from them that not only will the product be fantastic but the after care for a paying customer must be out of this world!
