Relatively easy to use unless you have a promotion card like I have & most of the staff appear somewhat bemused.

Staff are helpful but probably one of the worst bookies in the city for customers! Any day of the week, especially Saturday you often see drunk, disorderly and often high on drugs. It's a magnet for the homeless and steet people! Avoid it unless your a grid customer.
