Maria is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable and makes the class real fun. If it wasn’t for these regular classes, I would never have the motivation to do all the exercises at home, or be able to find the time!

Maria’s sessions act as a motivational magnet that draws in every individuals, participation in her energetic, explosive classes. As a result of this, participants exit the sessions feeling a sense of achievement and a ‘weight lifted off their shoulders’. This is all due to Maria’s charismatic approach to pilates & Zumba as she aims to encourage everyone to perform to the best of their abilities.

Maria is an absolute marvel! Arrive feeling tired and weary - leave feeling energised and on cloud 9. She pushes you to work hard but is so hilarious we are laughing between the groans. Highly recommend!
