Phoned first to find out if the product I needed was available in store. I spoke to someone helpful who confirmed it was. Got to the store and found product easily. I was served quickly and it happened to be the same person I had spoken to on the phone earlier.

A great selection of animals available. The staff were very thorough in making sure we were knowledgeable enough to look after our new pet, checking the cage, accessories and diet we had and informing us of how to spot signs of illness. Contrary to what it is often said, I felt the pets were sold responsibly.

I shop regularly at this branch and noticed that the staff are pleasant and helpful recently (this hasn't always been the case). They don't have all the products I require but what they do have is usually competitively priced and available online for click and collect or home delivery.

Lovely experience each time we've walked in and been welcomed by the staff at the tills. When staff are not busy with customers they come and asked if we are okay and know what we are looking for. Majority of the time, they know where everything is and direct you in the right place!Had issues with fleas which was address with multiple solutions thanks to the lovely team! They keep hamsters in groups of up to ten in tiny cages that aren't suitable for one. Abusively-sized rodent cages galore. Pamphlets advise you to keep Syrian hamsters in pairs (!!!) and to use exercise" balls (!!!!). Horrible company."
