Ordered from this restaurant and it never came. Delivery driver said they had delivered it and it never came so he obviously wrongly delivered it elsewhere or kept it. When phoning the restaurant they were unhelpful and rude. Do not order from this restaurant!

There’s just not enough stars to rate this place!! The desserts we ordered were fresh and delicious. The staff are really friendly and take the time to listen to your opinions. Thank you Sugarholics I look forward to ordering from you again.

Amazing!!!! Best dessert we've had! The waffle sticks are so delicious and the cookie dough was also yummy. All the food we had came piping hot but the ice cream and milkshake were still really cold. Fast delivery. Will definitely order again.

Ordered from these when they first opened and will continue to do so. There food is absolutely amazing and so nice. My husband loves the chocolate fudge cake milkshake. He always orders it.Staff are very polite and the delivery man is also polite. Definitely would recommend to anyone

Had a fantastic experience these guys will go far. We had waffles and they were great and l have had the best America has to offer. These are definitely up there. Quality and value. Can’t praise this business and staff enough. I will definitely recommend. A great welcome to the high street.

I was very devstated BOARED sitting at home then i thought lets get out of the house for a dessert so i went down to the newly opened SUGARHOLICS and i orded stop waffling & cookie dough ferrero and don't ask i felt as if i was in HEVEAN it was aboulety delicous very fresh and then i washed it down a RISSY MOCKTAIL .... YOU PEOPLE out there need to get down SUGARHOLICS and try the best desserts in bearwood birmingham B66 4DH

Disappointing experience with Sugarholics. I realised I made a mistake with my order and called 5 minutes later to ask if they could change it for an item of the same price. They agreed to change it even though they said they said they had already made part of the order, which I was grateful for. When I received the order (which did arrive quickly) I realised they had not changed my order as agreed, and the dessert they had already made" was just 3 jammy dodgers in cold custard! The cornflake tart was tasted stale and was also served with cold custard. Not impressed and wouldn't order again"
