I spoke to Nicky as I needed advice about a door handle for our external garage upvc door. After a few questions and getting me to check a few things he found the exact handle I needed. It arrived the next day, and I have just fitted it. Perfect! Brilliant advice and help and service. Thank you.

I ordered a new door lock from MPL on the Thursday before good Friday and received a phone call the same day to advise me that as it was Easter they had organised a Saturday delivery at no extra cost for me, To my surprise the lock arrived on Good Friday, what an amazing service we are all very quick to criticise when things don't quiet go right but not so quick to praise when people give an amazing service. Thank you MPL this was an amazing service I will deffinatly be using you again and recommending you to all my colleagues in the trade.

After being told don’t bother to fix your door lock put the money towards a new door. Which is ok if you have a spare £2000+ we contacted these guys and sent a huge amount of photos to be told yes we can sort that for £33 plus postage.I cannot thank you enough great help and advice throughout.Customer service as it should be, cannot praise highly enough

The whole locking mechanism went on our external door into the garage over the weekend. The house could still be locked up, so not an urgent call out. Ash came Monday, took a look to see what parts were needed and was back Tuesday 10am to fix. Great service, would recommend, thank you.

Found new lock mechanism on website with clear dimensions to replace mine which was faulty. It was clearly stated new design and said new keep was also required. Clear information on which keep I needed. Delivered next working day. There was an issue with the delivery as item was damaged in transit. I emailed to get an immediate response and item was hand delivered a short while later. I was able to fit it myself in a couple of hours to secure my door again especially over the bank holiday weekend. What a service. Thank you so much.

Needed a replacement UPVC door lock quickly, and had no idea what my lock was as no markings on it. Ethan at MPL identified the 'remains' of mine from photos I sent, and promptly advised what I type required along with a replacement barrel.The lock was delivered the day after I placed the order and I fitted it without a problem.I'd have no hesitation recommending MPL to anyone. They answer the phone (many didn't), they are polite, friendly, give great advice and ultimately give great service. Thanks MPL
