Wow wow wow we have been customers at at another takeaway for over 20 years doing Chinese but they are on holiday so we took a chance and rang these guys. Well what I can is say every dish was fantastic and the food temperature was so hot. Each dish so full of flavour we can say we will be back no questions and we now have a new Chinese of choice

I ordered salt and pepper chicken and chips. The chips were all brown and burnt looking and the salt and pepper chicken tasted plane and bland also having a weird colour to it

I ordered 5 meals for a bitlrthday meal. Only 4 meals turned up! Telephoned they brought the meal 40 minutes after the original order and refused a refund for the meal. Told me it's tough and slammed the phone down. I'm a good customer who will NEVER GO TO JADES AGAIN. Fuming is not the word!!!

Order came wrong, very rude and argumentative, blamed customer. Had to collect ourselves . Even though paid for delivery on order. Let's just say service appalling

We order regularly from here and can honestly say it’s spot on. They are always honest when busy and it’s going to take a while but when it’s quiet it can take as little as 15 minutes. Friendly staff (my dog always has to say hello) and top notch food with decent portion sizes too! Couldn’t ask for more.
